Authors Forms

Authors must download, complete and upload the forms required for the relevant stage of the publication process. Not all forms are required during the initial submission. Completed forms should be uploaded as “Author Form” or “Supplementary File”; they must not be uploaded as the main manuscript file.

Required at Initial Submission

• Submission, Originality and Author Approval Form
• Conflict of Interest and Funding Disclosure Form
• Author Contributions – CRediT Form
• Artificial Intelligence Use Disclosure Form
• Data Availability and Transparency Form

Required When Applicable

• Ethics Approval, Informed Consent and Permissions Form

Required After Acceptance

• Copyright and Publication Licence Agreement

Used Only When Necessary

• Authorship Change Request Form
• Manuscript Withdrawal Request Form
• Editorial Appeal and Complaint Form

Authors should complete the forms electronically, obtain the required signatures and preferably upload them in PDF format. File names should follow the format:

ManuscriptID_Surname_FormName.pdf
